How to attach PV panels to the pitched roof with trapezoidal sheet metal roofing.

TETTO IN LAMIERA

We offer several solutions for attaching PV panels directly to the trapezoidal sheet metal roof, both aluminum and steel. Here are some of our solutions for PV systems parallel to the roof.

VML profile for fastening to sheet metal roof with central screw

Made of aluminum EN AW 6063 T6, the VML profile allows panels to be attached to the trapezoidal sheet metal roof in both horizontal and vertical orientations. It is available in different lengths, from L=125 to 3625. The VML profile is 41×41 and its rail is compatible with all CorSTRUT profile components. Due to its small size, it is possible to attach the VML profile for PV directly along the rail when the orientation of the panels is horizontal. Compatible with the pre-assembled sliding bracket.

PAL profile for attachment to sheet metal roof with screws on side wings

Made of aluminum EN AW 6063 T6, the PAL profile allows panels to be attached to the trapezoidal sheet metal roof in vertical orientation. It is available in different lengths, from L=400 to 3625. The PAL profile has a base of 80 mm and a height of 35 mm, and its rail is compatible with all CorSTRUT profile components. It is attached to the sheet metal cover by screws to be placed on the side wings. Compatible with the pre-assembled sliding bracket.

Wing profile for fixing to sheet metal roof in discontinuous mode with holes

Made of aluminum EN AW 6063 T6, the wing profile allows panels to be fastened to the trapezoidal sheet metal roof in horizontal orientation. With L=150 mm, the profile has a base of 90 mm and a height of 75 mm; its rail is compatible with all CorSTRUT profile components. Due to its height, this profile should be fixed at the bottom of the trapezoidal sheet metal roofing when the orientation of the panels is horizontal. Compatible with the pre-assembled sliding bracket, it is perforated on the side wings for its attachment.

PFL profile for fastening to steel sheet roof with holes

Made of steel with anti-corrosion treatment, the PFL profile allows solar panels to be attached to the trapezoidal sheet metal roof in both horizontal and vertical orientations. It is available in different lengths, from L=125 to 3625. The PFL profile is 41×41 and its rail is compatible with all CorSTRUT profile components. The PFL profile for photovoltaics can also be fastened directly above the fretwork when the orientation of the panels is horizontal. Compatible with the pre-assembled sliding bracket and pre-assembled PFL triangles for flat roofs. The PFL profile has side and center holes for its attachment.

EFP Profile

PFL profile for fastening to steel sheet roof with holes for discontinuous mode

Made of anti-corrosion treated steel, the discontinuous PFL profile allows photovoltaic panels to be attached to the trapezoidal sheet metal roof in horizontal orientation. With L=125, the profile has a base of 41 mm and a height of 62 mm; its rail is compatible with all CorSTRUT profile components. Due to its height, this profile should be fixed at the bottom of the trapezoidal sheet metal roofing when the orientation of the panels is horizontal. Compatible with the pre-assembled sliding bracket, it is perforated laterally and centrally for its attachment.
